8/29/08: 187 lbs
So far so good. Kinda slow out of the gate. A bout of tendinitis limited the running so I had to try out the exercise bike and elliptical. Trying to lift at least twice a week to get the calories burning. Still can't stay away from Moe's burritoes but overall the diet wasn't bad.
